1. The subject of the order is: Collection and management of municipal waste from public places in the Lipnica Murowana commune2. The order includes the collection and management services of municipal waste from public places in the Lipnica Murowana commune indicated in the description of the order, in the manner in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular the provisions of: 1) the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended),2) Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended),3) Voivodeship Waste Management Plan Maopolski, 4) Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lipnica Murowana Commune introduced by Resolution No. XL.389.2023 of the Lipnica Murowana Commune Council of March 24, 2023 on the adoption of regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lipnica Murowana Commune (Journal of Laws of the Maop Province of 2023 r. pos. 2230 from Mon. amended);In the event of changes to the above-mentioned legal provisions, the Contractor is obliged to comply with the currently applicable provisions.3.
