Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of municipal waste collection and management services from public utility facilities in 2026, specified in Annex 1. Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected and transported immediately after the service (waste collection) to the Municipal Installation, in accordance with the list of municipal installations kept by the Marshal of the Greater Poland Voivodeship. Segregated municipal waste will be transferred to recovery or neutralization installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy. The installations to which municipal waste will be transferred will be selected based on the principle of proximity specified in the Waste Act. Municipal waste collection will be divided into: 1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01); 2) metal and plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (codes 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 20 01 40, 20 01 39);3) glass (code 15 01 07, 20 01 02);4) paper and cardboard (code 15 01 01, 20 01 01);5) bio-waste (code 20 02 01, 20 02 03, 20 01 08, 20 01 99);6) bulky waste (code 20 03 07);7) electrical and electronic waste and battery...
