- The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited real estate, from specific real estate, where the inhabitants do not live, and municipal waste is created, and from the property where summer houses are located and other real estate used for recreational and recreation purposes, located in the Mierzęcice commune along with the collection and management of municipal waste collected at the selective municipal waste collection point.
The contractor is obliged to accept, transport and Municipal waste management transferred by owners directly from permanent and temporarily inhabited real estate, from specific properties, on which the inhabitants do not live, and municipal waste is created, and from real estate where summer houses and other areas are located real estate used for recreational and recreation purposes, including:
a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers;
b) paper - waste collected in bags or blue containers with the inscription "Paper;
c) glass - waste collected in sacks or green containers with the inscription "Glass";
d) plastics, metals and multi -material packaging waste - waste collected in sacks or yellow containers with the inscription "Metals and plastics";
