- The subject of the contract is: ,, collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate and uninhabited real estate from the Niwiska commune as well as the collection and management of waste from the selective collection point of municipal waste collection (PSZOK) in the periodfrom 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2027. detailed description of the subject of the contract:
1) The contractor is responsible for the organization of the provision of services in the field of municipal waste collection directly from the owners of residing real estate and uninhabited real estate and the pointselective waste collection from the Niwiska commune and the development of these waste.
2) The contractor is obliged to provide the service of collection and management of municipal waste including:
a) the collection of waste from owners of residential real estate andReal estate uninhabited from the Niwiska commune,
b) waste collection and management from the selective waste collection point.
3) The collection of municipal waste will be divided into the following types:
a) selectively collected municipal waste:
-papier and cardboard (waste paper);
-Metale;
artificial;
-a variety of colorless glass and colored glass;
-multi-material packaging models;
-dangerous water;
-transmitted drugs and chemicals;
