Description:
1. The subject of the contract is "the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the city of Kraśnik".
2. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service of collecting municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate located in the city of Kraśnik and they development, creation by 31.01.2026 at the latest and maintaining and supporting 2 selective municipal waste collection points in the city of Kraśnik together with the development of collected municipal waste and removal of up to 120 mg of waste from the cleaning of wild dumps located in the city of Kraśnik. The subject of the contract also includes the equipment of property owners inhabited with waste collection devices (containers, bags for single -family property owners) no later than 7 days before the first planned waste collection date, resulting from the accepted waste collection schedule. The containers after the end of the contract remain the property of the city of Kraśnik (containers should be left on the property from which waste was collected during the last collection).
3. The order of the contract should be carried out in accordance with with the provisions in force during the contract, including: Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city of Kraśnik, current law and agreement, the model of which is Annex 11 to SWZ.
