Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing from the Psary commune along with the collection and management of waste adopted at the selective collection point for municipal waste and the collection of municipal waste withbuilding of the Psary Commune Office.
2. The contractor's duties will include, in particular:
2.1. Patriving and developing any amount of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and municipal waste collected selectively from residential property owners, including:
2.1.1.1.(mixed) municipal waste and bio -daddies will be collected
in containers issued in front of the property to the pavement or roadside roads in a way that is not in a way of pedestrian movement;
2.1.2. Municipal subjects collected selectively such as plastics, multi -material packaging, metals, paper, glass, glass, glass, glass, glasswill be picked up in sacks issued in front of the property, on a pavement or roadside roads in a way that is not in a way of hiking;
2.1.3. Municipal resources collected selectively such as furniture and other bulky waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tires will be collecteddirectly from the property, sidewalk or roadside.
Ordering Party pursuant to art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law Act provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options, on the terms described in chapter XI of Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
