- 1. The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the order description from properties located in the Rabka-Zdroj commune where residents live, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill and the method of calculating the level of limiting the mass of this waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Assembly of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship No. LXXXI/1191/24 of March 25, 2024, as amended. changes regarding the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Małopolska for the years 2023-2028 and local legal acts adopted on the basis of the Act of 13 ...
