- 1. The subject of the contract is the reception and development (recovery or neutralization) indicated in the description of the order of municipal waste from real estate located in the Rabka-Zdroj commune, where the inhabitants live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels preparation for re -use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025 item 733, as amended) and currently applicable executive acts to the above Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limiting the mass of municipal waste in biodegradation transferred to storage and method of calculating the level of limiting the mass limitation of these waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re -use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, waste management plan, adopted by the resolution of the Lesser Poland Voivodship Assembly No. LXXXI/1191/24 of March 25, 2024, as amended.
