Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from owners of inhabited real estate located in the Bieliny commune along with their transport and development, as well as the collection and management of waste from the selective collection point of municipal waste collection.
Development collected waste must take place in accordance with the hierarchy of methods of dealing with waste referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587).
2. Description of the subject of the contract:
2.1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste originating
With real estate in the Bieliny commune along with their transport
and development in the period from 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2027.
2.2. The service of collecting and managing municipal waste generated and collected by residents of real estate in the Bieliny commune includes:
a) pickup and the management of municipal waste directly from the real estate where the inhabitants live,
b) collection of furniture and other bulky waste directly from the property (exhibitions), where the residents live,
c) Receipt of used electrical and electronic devices directly from the property area (exhibitions), where the residents live,
d) equipping the property with sacks for collecting mixed waste
and segregated;
