- The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the city and commune of Dobrzyń on the Vistula, collected by the owners of real estate, where residents live in a way that ensures the achievement of the required recycling levels required by appropriate law, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), by the Act of 14 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and executive ordinances to the above laws and resolutions of the Dobrzyń City Council on the Vistula River adopted on the basis of the above -mentioned Act
