- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order includes the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Nowogrodek Pomorski commune, i.e.
- inhabited real estate,
- real estate on which there are summer houses or other real estate used for purposes recreation and relaxation,
2) The contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste generated on the properties, on inhabited by residents, summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes. List real estate where municipal waste is generated is an annex to the terms of reference of the contract.
3) The Contractor is obliged to organize and operate a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) within a radius of 60 km from the seat of the Nowogrodek Pomorski Commune, to which residents from the Nowogrodek Pomorski commune will be able to return free of charge the waste listed in table No. 2 of the description of the subject of the order. PSZOK must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of January 11, 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste. from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122).
The cost of delivering waste to PSZOK is borne by the resident.
