Description:
The subject of the order is:
1) providing a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all residential properties, properties with summer houses or other properties used for recreation and relaxation, located within the administrative boundaries of the Siemiatycze Commune. The above service should be performed in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, storage of municipal waste, reduction of waste mass biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 20, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse use and recycling of municipal waste, the Provincial Waste Management Plan, and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Siemiatycze Commune adopted by Resolution No. XXXVII/379/2024 of the Siemiatycze Commune Council of March 15, 2024.
The above acceptances will take place both from: containers and bags provided by the Contractor, as well as from containers and bags owned by the property owner.
