Management (recovery, recycling and disposal) of municipal waste collected from residential properties and properties with summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes located in the Lesznowola Commune must be carried out in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 14, 2016 on the levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain municipal waste fractions, the Provincial Waste Management Plan and the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune Lesznowola.
As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste generated on real estate where residents live and real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes located in the Lesznowola Commune.
