The subject of the order is divided into 2 parts of the order. Part 1 is the collection and management of municipal waste (emptying municipal waste containers, collecting bags with separately collected waste and transporting this waste to places of waste management) from property owners, where residents from the Biała Commune live from January 1, 2026 for a period of 24 months.
Detailed description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
The subject of part no. 2 of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from three Selective Collection Points Municipal Waste (hereinafter PSZOK) located in the Biała commune.
