4.1. The subject of the order is "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Kamionka Commune in 2026 r."
Stoneware, as well as other waste collected during mobile collections, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and its equipment in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including:
selective way,
55 in Kamionka during the term of the contract, as well as collection of these containers after the end of the contract,
large-size, electronic and electrical equipment, used tires, in accordance with the criteria described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (road collection);
Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with the necessary devices intended for collecting individual waste fractions (containers, containers),
recovery levels indicated in the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), Contradiction...
