- 1. The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Krasne Commune, Przasnysz County, Masovian Voivodeship (in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Krasne Commune, in force during the term of the contract, hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as the regulations constituting an annex to the agreement) in a manner ensuring the achievement of legally established levels of recovery, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, including the provision of bags for selective collection of waste in single-family buildings and municipal waste containers in multi-family buildings located in the Krasne commune, washing and disinfection and maintaining containers in built-up properties in proper technical and sanitary condition multifamily, preparation of a waste collection schedule agreed with the Ordering Party and accepted by him.
