Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from owners of residential properties and from uninhabited properties owned by the Krzywcza Commune in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate recycling levels, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and implementing acts. The contractor is obliged to ensure waste collection from properties with difficult access (which cannot be reached with standard specialized equipment and where it is impossible to make a U-turn, e.g. narrow, steep dirt roads, internal roads) by a smaller car.
