Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from properties located in the City and Commune of Czerwińsk nad Wisłą, where residents live, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan 2030, adopted by resolution of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025, regarding the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2030 together with annexes, as well as the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the city and commune of Czerwińsk nad Wisłą and resolution of the City Council in Czerwińsk nad Wisłą on specifying the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a management fee paid by the property owner municipal waste.
