Description:
I. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the Milanowek commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (referred to in the announcement as "SOPZ"), and the detailed conditions are described in the Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ), referred to as "PPU" in the announcement.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "option") on the terms specified in the PPU and in the announcement.
III. 1) The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using art. 214 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. awarding a single-source contract to the Contractor of the basic contract, within a period of up to 3 years from the award of the basic contract.
2) The value of the supplementary order will amount to a maximum of 50% of the Contractor's contractual remuneration under the order basic (§6 section 1 point a) PPU).
3) The subject of the supplementary order (newly concluded contract) will be the same as the subject of the basic order (without options), which was specified in the SOPZ and PPU for the basic order (without options), taking into account changes in the amount of waste to be collected and development and changes in the Contractor's total gross remuneration for the basic order (§6 section 1 point a) of the PPU), subject to points 2 and 4.
4) The subject of the supplementary order covers up to 50% of the number of tons of each waste fraction specified in the SOPZ as part of the basic order (offer Contractor...
