Description:
The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste originating from residential properties located in the Sterdy commune in a way that ensures: 1) achieving the level of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste in the amount specified in Art. 3b of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469, as amended);2) limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on levels restrictions on the storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
