Description:
The subject of the order is a service in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited in the Nowa Sucha Commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, in a way that ensures achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with applicable law:
- Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733),
- Act z of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended),
- regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions of May 10, 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906),
- regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limitation of landfilling the mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412).
- regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste of August 3, 2021 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530),
- resolution of the Masovian Voivodeship Assembly No. 9/25 of February 25, 2025 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2030 with annexes.
