Description:
1) Order called "Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Ożarowice Commune in 2026-2028" includes: a) Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) and separated municipal waste from residential properties located in the Ożarowice Commune, excluding waste related to running a business. b) Collection and management of municipal waste segregated from a selective municipal waste collection point. c) Equipping the property with containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l for collecting unsegregated (mixed) waste and in containers with a capacity of 120 l, 240 l and/or bags for selective waste collection. d) Equipment for the selective collection point for municipal waste in containers with capacity 120 l, 1100 l and containers with a capacity of 3 m3, 7 m3 for collecting municipal waste. e) Organizing at least once a year the collection of bulky waste in designated places for a given village in the form of an "action" or a tour of the entire area municipalities with waste collection from outside the property. f) Organizing a collection of textiles and clothing at least once a year, in the form of a tour of the entire commune with waste collection from outside the property. g) Organizing and conducting ecological education in institutions educational. 2) The estimated amount of waste is 7505 Mg and 10% under the option law. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste corresponds to 70% of the maximum gross remuneration. 3) Subject of the order, including conditions...
