- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the order entitled: Collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties in the Wisznia Mała commune, including the following tasks: Task No. 1: Collection, collection and transport of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the Wisznia Mała commune Task No. 2: Management of selected waste fractions from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Mienice Task No. 3: Collection, transport and management of expired medicines i waste that does not qualify as medical waste from pharmacies located in the commune. Wisznia Mała and the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Mienice Task No. 4: Collection, transport and management of chemicals and hazardous waste Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Mienice. 2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order and the contract template, which constitute an integral part of the Terms of Reference. 3. The Ordering Party may, within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract, award a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services referred to in Art. art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act, i.e. consisting in the provision of transport/management services of waste originating from the commune Wisznia Mała.
