The subject of the contract is the provision of collection, transport and management services for municipal waste generated in the Rząśnik Commune, the detailed scope and subject of which was specified in the SWZ
3.2. Provision of services - Collection and management of the items indicated in the "description of the item "order" (constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ) of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located in the Rząśnik Commune in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1717) and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, in particular Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2017 on the levels of limitation of landfilling the mass of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 3, 2021 on the method of calculating the levels przygotow... - Documents:
