Description:
1) The subject of the order includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste
in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of preparation and recycling of municipal waste are achieved and that the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399) and the currently applicable implementing acts to the above Act, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship and the provisions in force during agreement on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Sawin Commune, in particular:
a) collection, transport and management of municipal waste regardless of the weather conditions from any place from residential properties located
in the Sawin commune, including: supplies properties in bags for municipal waste collection
b) collection, transport and management of municipal waste indicated by the Ordering Party, specified in § 2. Point 11 of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order
in the Sawin commune delivered by the inhabitants of the Sawin commune to the Stationary Point Selective Municipal Waste Collection (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) on its opening day. PSZOK is located in the town of Malinowka and accepts waste once a month
on the last Monday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the months of October-March
