Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate located there
The execution of the order must ensure the achievement of appropriate levels recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399), provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of May 10, 2021 regarding
method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906, as amended), the guidelines of the Plan
Waste Management for the Lublin Voivodeship and the provisions of the Cleaning Regulations and order on
