Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste in the installation indicated in the offer in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act on waste of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1914), provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution No. VII/78/2024 of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly of November 26, 2024 on the adoption of the Voivodeship Waste Management Plan Podlaskie for the years 2023-2028 and the provisions of the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the Szumowo Commune, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law, from owners of residential real estate, owners of unresidential real estate on which municipal waste and temporarily inhabited properties are generated.
