- 4.1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Uchanie Commune. The execution of the order must ensure the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by resolution of the Provincial Assembly Lubelski No. XXIV/396/16 of December 2, 2016 regarding the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Uchanie Commune.
