- The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited areas in the commune. Dbrowa BiskupiaThe subject of the order includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from the Commune Office in Dbrowa Biskupia, the Commune Water Treatment Plant in Dbrowa Biskupia, the Treatment Station Parchanie Waters, the Dbrowa Biskupia Water Treatment Plant, community centers and other publicly accessible places in the commune.
