Description:
The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential property owners and from the following real estate, where the inhabitants do not reside:
1) municipal institutions,
2) organizational units of the city Alive
3) municipal companies of the city of Żywiec,
4) owners of summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and recreation purposes,
5) from cemeteries,
hereinafter referred to as real estate on which residents, located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Żywiec and launching and running one stationary selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in the city of Żywiec.
