Description:
3.1. The scope of the subject of the order includes: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Wilczyn Commune, from real estate where residents live.
The subject of the order includes the acceptance and development of:
1) Mixed unsegregated municipal waste generated and collected on all properties inhabited by residents, located within the administrative boundaries of the Wilczyn Commune, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of mass biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in the amount of approximately 1,600 Mg (for the duration of the contract).
2) Ash and slag from residential properties with declared selective waste collection, collected in containers placed in front of the property in an amount of approximately 995 Mg (per duration of the contract).
3) Segregated municipal waste, collected in appropriately marked bags or containers and placed directly in front of residential buildings and properties where residents live - divided into the following fractions:
a) paper and cardboard - v quantities of approximately 105 Mg (for the duration of the contract),
b) plastics, plastic waste - in the amount of approximately 330 Mg (for the duration of the contract)
c) glass and glass packaging - in an amount of approximately 270 Mg (for the duration of the contract).
4)Other waste, i.e.:
a) Bio-waste collected in appropriately marked places bags...
