Description:
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service, which consists of:
1) collection of municipal waste:
a) directly from the owners of real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the intentional union of MG-6 communes (hereinafter: "ZCG MG-6" or "Union"), cyclically:
-zcontainers / containers or bags,
- without having to deposit waste in containers / containers or bags (so-called exhibitions),
b) deposited in:
- points of selective collection of municipal waste (hereinafter: "Pszok") located in the member communes of ZCG MG-6,
- pharmacies and points and pointspharmacy,
2) transport and transfer of collected municipal waste, referred to in point 1 (hereinafter referred to as "municipal waste") to the place / place of municipal waste processing, provided / assured by the Contractor,
3) development of collected municipal waste in place/ Municipal waste processing places, provided / provided by the Contractor,
4) providing property owners with containers / containers / bags intended for collecting rainfall in the system referred to above in point 1) lit. a) first tire, as well as at the points about whichSpeech above in point 1) lit b) second tire and ensuring adequate technical condition of containers / containers,
5) implementation of services and obligations related to the abovementioned in point 1) - 4).o...
