• Description:
• The subject of the order is the collection and management in the process of recovery or recycling of waste with code 19 12 08 Textiles, produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków. The offered waste management method must be consistent with the applicable waste management regulations. scope of legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587). Estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the period of validity of the contract, i.e. from the date signing the contract by December 31, 2026 will amount to PLN 250 Mg. A detailed description of the subject of the order was included by the Ordering Party in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1A. The contractor should indicate in the offer form whether the order will be performed independently or with the help of subcontractors - with an indication of the part of the order the execution of which is intended to be entrusted to subcontractors and subcontractor companies (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ - Offer form).
