Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management, in the recovery or recycling process, of waste with code 19 12 10 - Combustible waste (alternative fuel), produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulkow.
The offered waste management method must be consistent with the applicable waste management regulations scope of legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587)
Estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the contract period, i.e. from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026. will amount to 6,500 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste planned for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.
