Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive collection and management of stabilized municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 only using the R3 method, and screenings with code 19 08 01 only using D 5 method or screenings with code 19 08 01 by the Contractor on the basis of the decision for collection and further subsequent transfer for recovery of D5 methods originating from the mechanical-biological sewage treatment plant located in the town of Siedliska, Lubenia commune in a manner consistent with applicable legal provisions regulating the management of sewage sludge, without agricultural use. The Ordering Party ensures loading into its containers.2. The expected, estimated amount of sludge being the subject of this order is 500 Mg per year. Quantity of screenings intended for export and processing: 15.0 Mg. (this amount depends on the season and technological processes at the sewage treatment plants).3. Attention! Estimated amount of sludge intended for export and management is determined on the basis of the amount of sludge transported in the last 12 months. This quantity is only indicative and is used to compare offers. In no case does it constitute any liability on the part of the Ordering Party obliged...
