Description:
The subject of the order is a service provided in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2027, consisting of:
a) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live, located in the Lututow Commune, and equipment of these real estate in waste containers or bags, as agreed with the Ordering Party.
b) collection and management of separately collected municipal waste, collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and equipping PSZOK with the required containers for waste collection.
c) system operation mobile collection of large-size waste (collection and management of this waste), originating from real estate where residents live, located in the Lututow Commune.
"Cleaning up the World" according to schedule approved by the Ordering Party.
e) container collection of clothing and textiles, twice a year after consultation with the Ordering Party.
- the Ordering Party determines that services related to the collection and management of municipal waste will be performed from January 1, 2026, and the activities preparatory work (concerning equipping the property with containers/bags, preparing a municipal waste collection schedule) specified in this Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order will be implemented by the Contractor from the date of conclusion of the contract.
