Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the order description from properties located in the Ciełądz commune, where residents live, summer houses and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes. only for part of the year, and from all places designated by the Ordering Party intended for public use, in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation transferred to storage, in accordance with the legal provisions in force during the implementation of the contract, with the proviso that the Contractor bears the risk of changes in the law in this respect.
