Collection and management of solid municipal waste from residential properties and real estate where there is a summer house and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Skąpe Commune in 2026
1. The subject of the order is the provision of comprehensive waste collection and management services permanent municipal waste from all residential properties, properties with a summer house and other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Skąpe Commune in 2026, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.
2.The area of the Skąpe commune includes:
1) villages: Błonie, Kalinowo, Darnawa, Łąkie, Międzylesie, Niekarzyn, Niesulice, Ołobok, Pałck, Podła Gora, Radoszyn, Rokitnica, Skąpe, Węgrzynice, Zawisze;
2) settlements: Cząbry, Kaliszkowice, Przetocznica, Złoty Potok;
3) housing estate: Ciborz.
3. Collection and management of the following types of municipal waste:
