- Description:
- The subject of the Order includes the collection and management of solid municipal waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Turośń Kościelna commune.
2. The scope of the order includes:
a) systematic emptying and removal of waste from mixed waste containers and containers and bags for separately collected waste, containers for hazardous waste in accordance with the collection schedule and frequency.
b) waste management in installations in order to achieve recycling levels,
preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of waste biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the implementing provisions to the Act and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Turośń Kościelna commune.
c) selective collection of the following waste fractions: paper, metal, plastic, glass, multi-material packaging, bio-waste, construction and demolition waste, hazardous waste, waste batteries and accumulators, fluorescent lamps, textiles, waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste and used tires, chemicals, expired medicines and waste that does not qualify as medical waste generated in households as a result of injecting medicinal products and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, z... - Documents:
