Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of a service in the Wąpielsk Commune, consisting in the collection and management of mixed solid waste and selectively collected municipal waste from residential and uninhabited properties where municipal waste is generated, real estate where there are summer houses or other real estate used for recreational purposes.
2. The Contractor will be obliged to collect and manage waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Wąpielsk 46.
3. The contractor is obliged to process waste in a way that ensures achieving an appropriate level of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery using other methods, and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended).
4. The contractor is obliged to handle waste in accordance with the waste management hierarchy.
5. Estimated amount of municipal waste collected by the Contractor during the period covered order is 805 Mg, of which it is estimated that approx. 470 Mg may constitute mixed waste, 280 Mg waste collected selectively, biowaste - 10 Mg, Waste collected in PSZOK - large-size waste approx. 35 Mg, used tires 2 Mg, WEEE approx. 1 Mg, ash 1 Mg, waste construction demolition...
