Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from property owners, to residents of the Kamionka Wielka commune and waste collected in Pszok located in Biała Niżna in the Grybow commune, in way ensuring the achievement of an appropriate level of preparation for re -use and recycling of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and changes in this Act during the service.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract and the template of the contract, constituting attachments to SWZ.
It is to collect and manage municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from the owners of the property, where the inhabitants of the Kamionka Wielka commune and the waste collected in Pszok located in Biała Niżna in the Grybow commune, in a manner ensuring achievement an appropriate level of preparation for re -use and recycling of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and amendments to this Act during the service.
