I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
1. The subject of the order is the acceptance and management (through thermal transformation) of waste with code 19 12 10, originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, not having the character of hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next holder waste.
2. The quantity of waste with code 19 12 10 originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and management under the basic order, is up to 2,000 Mg.
3. The Ordering Party has no influence on the volume of the stream of accepted waste due to its high variability this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Ordering Party allows the use of the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which consists in increasing the amount of waste coded 19 12 10 intended for collection and management by an additional amount of up to 2,000 Mg.
4.Taking the above taken into account, the total amount of waste to be collected and processed is up to 4,000 Mg, including: for the basic order: up to 2,000 Mg and for the option order: up to 2,000 Mg.
The contractor will collect the above-mentioned waste from the Ordering Party from the installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
6.Waste collected from the Ordering Party will be managed through thermal transformation. Performer ...
