I. SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
1. The subject of the order is acceptance and management (through thermal transformation) of waste with code 19 12 10, originating from mechanical and biological processing of municipal waste, including large-sized waste, which is not hazardous, neutral or biodegradable waste, in a way that ensures the transfer of responsibility for waste management to the next waste holder.
2. The amount of waste with code 19 12 10 originating from the mechanical processing of municipal waste, intended for collection and management under the basic order, is up to 3,000 Mg.
3. The ordering party has no influence on the volume of the stream accepted waste, due to the high variability of this stream. In the event of an increase in the waste stream, the Ordering Party allows the use of the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in increasing the amount of waste coded 19 12 10 intended for collection and management additionally by an amount of up to 4000 Mg.
4. Taking the above into account, the total amount of waste intended for collection and management is up to 7,000 Mg, including: for a basic order: up to 3,000 Mg and for an option order: up to 4,000 Mg.
Performer will be received the above-mentioned waste from the Ordering Party from the installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant (ZUOK), ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
