Description:
The scope of the order includes: successive collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in a maximum amount of 60 Mg/month coming from the Waste Transfer Station located in Rozwarzyn 40, Nako nad Noteci commune and their transport directly to the installation for development. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the order in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable legal regulations, including environmental protection, sanitary, occupational health and safety, fire protection, local law regulations, and in particular: a) the provisions of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) and the implementing acts to the Act. b) the provisions of the Act of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 647, as amended). amended) and implementing acts to the Act. Description the ordering party's requirements regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in: - the draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
