- The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of unsegregated and segregated municipal waste from real estate residing in the Nawojowa Commune. The estimated amount of waste to be collected, transported and managed is 2,282.20 Mg.
Ordering party provides for the awarding of contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law The contract consisting in the repetition of similar services will be awarded within a period of 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract in the event that there is a justified need to extend the basic contract and financial resources will be provided for this purpose. The scope of this order is 50% of the basic order, i.e. it covers the management of up to 1,141.10 tons of waste. The order will be awarded in single-source procurement mode, after negotiations with the Contractor.
