Description:
1. The subject of this order is the collection and management of unsegregated municipal waste, bulky waste, mixed construction waste and biodegradable waste provided by the Ordering Party. 1.1 The minimum quantities of waste to be collected are as follows: - unsegregated mixed waste municipal waste (20/03/01) - 600t - large-size waste (20/03/07) up to 70t - biodegradable municipal waste (20/02/01) - 8t 1.2 The Ordering Party informs that within the last 12 months the Zakład Budetowy Gospodarki Komunlnej has collected property from property owners and handed it over for development. following amounts of individual municipal waste: 20 03 01 671 Mg, 20 03 07 76.12 Mg, 20 02 01 7.94 Mg. 1.3 Unsegregated municipal waste and bulky waste will be delivered to the place of collection by the Ordering Party, while biodegradable municipal waste will be collected from the Ordering Party's premises by the Contractor in the containers provided by him. 1.4 The Ordering Party requires that the waste collected by the Contractor be transferred in accordance with Art. 29a of the Act of December 12, 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), and Art. 9e of the Act dn...
