Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide a service consisting of:
1) collection directly from real estate and management of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively, generated by owners of residential real estate (households), in a way that ensures achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods by the Commune and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfills,
2) providing containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection,
3) receiving and management of municipal waste - waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the Commune,
4) collecting and transporting municipal waste to the place of waste management from residential properties (households) and from the Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste run by the Commune.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and Chapter 4 of the SWZ.
3. Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste that will be generated during the execution of the order, the estimated amounts specified in the SWZ do not have to be correspond to the size and characteristics of the waste stream actually collected and managed by the Contractor during the execution of the order. Due to the above, the Ordering Party reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 30% during the execution of the order. Reducing the quantity oops...
