Description:
The subject of the order is to provide a service consisting of:
1. collection and management of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from properties inhabited by residents of the commune, in a way that ensures that the commune achieves appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfills,
2. delivery of containers, containers and bags for selective waste collection, specified in the description of the subject of the order, referred to in § 6 section 1, 2 and 3 of SOPZ, for the duration of the contract execution for properties inhabited by residents from the commune area,
3. collection and management of municipal waste - waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point run by the commune,
4. collection and transport of municipal waste to the site their management from properties inhabited by residents of the commune and the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point operated by the commune.
The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of limiting the scope of the order and indicates that the minimum amount of performance of the parties that will remain commissioned to the Contractor under the concluded contract will amount to not less than 60% of the estimated amount of waste forecast for collection and management, where the planned amount of this waste over the entire duration of the contract is estimated at 1,358.20 Mg.
