Description:
The order covers the collection and management of selective waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Bochnia, located at Bocheskie Zakłady Usug Komunalnych Spka z o.o. at ul. 20 Stycznia 46, 32-700 Bochnia. A detailed description of the order can be found in Appendix No. 9 to SWZ Description of the item orders. Due to the fact that the amount of waste depends on the current needs of residents, the Ordering Party stipulates that the amount given is an estimate (indicative) in order to correctly determine the value of the order. The Contractor's remuneration will be payable according to the actual amount of waste collected. Additional information: 1. The remuneration for waste collection will be paid by the Ordering Party by transfer to the account number indicated by the Contractor, based on the issued VAT invoice. 2. Invoicing will take place on a monthly basis, with deferred payment date.3. Collections will be made in writing or by telephone the Ordering Party's notification on business days (Monday to Friday) within 8 hours from the time of notification.4. The ordering party reserves the right to cancel part of the order without any consequences financial.
