Description:
The subject of the order is: collection and management of waste with code 17 09 04 (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those mentioned
in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03) from selective municipal waste collection points and provided waste collection services from entitieseconomic and natural persons. The contracting authority will implement the loading of these waste
to a set of containers previously substituted by the contractor with a capacity of 36 m3 (average loading weight of 14 mg) orOn an ongoing basis for a bathtub, a movable floor that will be resistant to possible damage associated with loading heavy waste that may be found in the waste with code 17 09 04 - for this type of damage the contracting authority will not take responsibility (average load weight on the movable floor13 mg).
Means of transport of the Contractors will have to be equipped with a tarpaulin or a mesh that protects waste during transport.in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
